special handling for int is unnecessary and problematic

I see in the ArtefactAnimator class this line:
ValueStart = endValue is int ? (object) (double) (int) endValue : endValue
I don't see any reason to use that conversion to double. It's a special case for int that shouldn't exist and is inconsistent in its numeric type handling. It makes it impossible for me to use the EaseHelper in a generic fashion. It uses the EaseHelper's double override rather than the correct int override.

Also, is anyone still maintaining this library? Do we need to open it up so that patches can be added?
